Every bottle of Olea True is independently tested for potency, purity, and authenticity.

If the oil you receive does not correspond with the published Certificate of Analysis for its harvest batch, contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery. The affected bottle must be returned for verification, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once the claim has been verified, we will refund the purchase price of the affected bottle.

This guarantee does not cover personal taste preferences, normal variations in flavor or appearance, improper storage, accidental damage after delivery, or claims submitted more than 7 days after confirmed delivery.

Bottles Damaged During Shipping

If one or more bottles arrive broken during transit, contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs showing:

1. The damaged bottle or bottles
2. The shipping box and packaging
3. The shipping label

Once the damage has been documented and approved, we will send a replacement for each bottle damaged during shipping at no additional cost.

For safety, broken bottles and shattered glass do not need to be returned. We may request that damaged but intact bottles be retained until the claim has been reviewed.
