Orders are processed in the order they are received.  We aim to ship within 2-3 business days of receipt.  Please note, depending on the shipping address, orders received on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday will be mailed the following Monday (if a holiday, Tuesday).  We do not want the oil sitting in a postal warehouse over a weekend.

We know how important your privacy is. (We spend inordinate amounts of time asking to be taken off mailing lists for catalogs to which we never subscribed!). Olea True only collects personally identifiable information that you voluntarily submit through our website. Such information may include your name, postal address, email address, as well as other information. We will never sell or give away your private information to any third party for any reason. All the information you share with us will be used for the sole purpose of doing business with Olea True.
