This is my second order of two bottles. I can’t say I have seen any health benefits yet. But I love the robust flavors of this oil. The stuff from specialty markets or grocery stores in my opinion are just lousy. No flavor. I don’t use butter so this oil goes on everything. From toast to vegetables.
Very nice olive oil, sharp peppery taste. It might be a bit strong by itself for me but I drizzle it on my avocado smear and its just right! :)
