Great olive oil, you can feel the burn in the back of your throat. After 1 month of taking 1 tablespoon a day it has helped my bloodpressure so much. I'm not afraid to take it anymore.

I've been taking for about two weeks now i feel like my energy has been much better. And I've been feeling really good even though I've been doing a lot of yard work and things that normally tire me out. I'm not quite sure if it's due to the olive oil yet, but time will tell, i'm anxious to see my lab results in two months. I have a dog that has a lot of allergies and I've actually started her on a low-dose daily, hoping it's going to help her. My research says that the polyphenols can help with collagen production, which can help dogs with allergies. Keeping my fingers crossed. Love the taste so good and yes, it's got quite a bite. Yum.
I recently had a problem with a delivery of three bottles of Olea True; two of the bottles were missing from a damaged USPS shipping box. I couldn’t say enough good things about this extra virgin olive oil! First of all, it’s the real thing: flavorful and with just the right amount of bite. Yes, it is a bit pricey but you definitely get what you are paying for. Highly recommended!
