I've been taking for about two weeks now i feel like my energy has been much better. And I've been feeling really good even though I've been doing a lot of yard work and things that normally tire me out. I'm not quite sure if it's due to the olive oil yet, but time will tell, i'm anxious to see my lab results in two months. I have a dog that has a lot of allergies and I've actually started her on a low-dose daily, hoping it's going to help her. My research says that the polyphenols can help with collagen production, which can help dogs with allergies. Keeping my fingers crossed. Love the taste so good and yes, it's got quite a bite. Yum.

I couldn’t say enough good things about this extra virgin olive oil! First of all, it’s the real thing: flavorful and with just the right amount of bite. Yes, it is a bit pricey but you definitely get what you are paying for. Highly recommended!

I take a tablespoon each night. At first it was a bit hard to drink oil, but once I acclimated to it I have no problem now. The peppery polyphenol burn after I swallowed it was not so bad, but it was definitely there. I used some for a home made salad dressing and it was very tasty.
